What is decent DEX gear for a cleric that plays around with Proccing Weapons?

That's what I pulled together quickly when looking at "cheap" droppable items that I think are all available on Green.

Crested Mistmoore Shield has 6 dex.

I also learned that Quillmanes Cloak is +7 Dex.

Now I have a shopping list.

You can look up additional options. What I did was go here:

Then I clicked on each slot, and sorted the subsequent table by the Dex column. Then I just picked items that I thought were available and reasonably obtainable cost-wise.
