Drop Transfers

Due to the crashing on login/zoning/logout, drop transfers are a bad idea nowadays.

You can petition for drop transfers.

Depending on the situation, we *may* be able to assist you.

You can do this via the petition / exploit forum, and list the char names involved, zone involved, rough time and date. Bonus points for item names.
