Clarity II Duration
 

Seems it's intended to have a 35 minute duration, not varied by level. It seems to have been dropping at ~33 minutes, at all levels.

Maybe it originally lasted 33-34 minutes. If so, discard this post.

Looking at the spdat entries in the April 18th 2000 spdat (Kunark Launch), I can see that Clarity II did indeed have a 330 tick duration at launch day.

The first spdat with the updated 350 tick duration is the June 30th 2000 one.

So this duration increase should be ruled June 2000.
