Quiver Haste

Doesn't seem to be working on the server. Checked EQEMU forums, same deal:

:)

So quivers were nothing more but a really bad choice of container in classic? Sweet!

Setting these up to function again in mid-Velious.

Does this list look correct?
Quote:

fleeting quiver 60
tailored quiver 22
thunderhoof quiver 33
quiver 20
I was mostly concerned about 'Quiver'. Did the storebought 'Quiver' have 20% in Velious?

Those are the weight reduction amounts. The haste amount was known to be a third of the weight reduction of the quiver, which is confirmed here:

Tailored Quiver at 22% WR and Quiver at 20% WR confirmed here:

http://www.monkly-business.net/forum...31&postcount=2

Fleeting Quiver at 60% WR (i.e. 20% haste, stackable with worn/spell haste) confirmed here (page copyright 2001):

Good info. Will make sure this is working properly.

Will move ahead with 6.66%(lol) haste on the quiver then. Unless other research is found to dispute it.
