Also, if RnF contributed to post count I'd probably have 3x as much.

Honestly, if I have any "pride" in my post count it's because RnF doesn't add to it.
At first at least I did have a lot of fun in RnF trying to convince people that playing end-game EverQuest the way people actually played it back in '99 would be more fun.
But the problem was, RnF is a toxic cesspool filled with some lowest common denominator types, and the moment I mentioned "rotations" they would all just stop thinking, sto caring about the entire idea of playing classic EverQuest, and instead let the pixel lust-inspired vitriol take over. In other words, the inevitable result was they saw red and started a flame war ... and rather than being above it I usually fell hook, line, and sinker.
So even though I still feel that giving each guild a window to actually play classic EverQuest would be sooooo much better than zerg guilds monopolizing the end game for themselves (and the using the convenient rationalization that anyone not in a zerg guild doesn't deserve to play end-game EverQuest ... even though no one back in '99-'01 was in a zerg guild ...) I'm not proud of the bulk of my posts on the topic.
But outside RnF I like to think that the majority of my post count comes from helping people, passing along useful information, and otherwise contributing to the community. Even if only 10% of my post count is actually that, I feel a little pride in having been that helpful.
