Recognition - Guide Ibberish
 

Just a short note recognizing excellent support I received tonight from Guide Ibberish.

I am dealing with an item issue and he was extremely helpful, responding to my inquiry in game, communicating status to me clearly, and providing clear guidance on how to proceed.

Really appreciate the outstanding customer service he provided, and wanted to recognize it here.

I've seen Ibberish putting time in the field. Good to see a new active guide in the streets.

I'm glad you posted this. The guides and GMs on this server are really doing an excellent job. Its easy to focus on the things we are unhappy about. I have a month old petition in the queue myself that stresses me, but really they work their butts off for our enjoyment as volunteers. We don't take enough time to appreciate the positives. I'm thankful they are there to help.

I just wish my 2 month old reimbursement would be taken care of :(:(

Other things though the guides have been excellent about!
