Can bind in Siren's Grotto
 

Even though it says you can't! I found this out the hard way:

[Sun Mar 06 12:18:39 2016] You begin casting Bind Affinity.
[Sun Mar 06 12:18:45 2016] You cannot seem to develop an affinity for this place. Try a city.
[Sun Mar 06 12:18:45 2016] You feel yourself bind to the area.
[Sun Mar 06 12:18:50 2016] You told Frizbo, 'hmm, can't bind here'
[Sun Mar 06 12:18:51 2016] Toobit tells the guild, 'Redtunes.... i dont know what u are banging.. but.. c'maon man'

and then . . . .

[Wed Mar 09 10:05:13 2016] Welcome to EverQuest!
[Wed Mar 09 10:05:13 2016] You have entered Sirens Grotto.
[Wed Mar 09 10:05:14 2016] A siren enticer hits YOU for 196 points of damage.

Hmmmm . . . .

[Wed Mar 09 10:12:03 2016] You are currently bound in: Siren's Grotto

I don't know if its helpful but I ran into this bug on live as well. I was able to bind in Timorous Deep by casting bind, logging in and out in the same zone and when I went to check I was bound at firepots in TD after they removed binding from zone..

That does not currently work on here by the way. I've tried.

Timorous Deep binding restrictions were removed in 2002. There is a post on EQClerics regarding this. That's why you can on live.

See my Velious Bind Rules thread. There is no evidence you should be able to bind in Velious dungeons. But alas this wasn't tested too extensively during beta so here we are :/.

I know that. I literally got the same message on live. "You cannot seem to develop an affinity"...yada yada. But you could still bind.
