Warrior Dodge and Kick stuck.
 

This may have been a induced by last patch bug.

I can't recall at exactly what level these started to bug out at, but only that they stopped going up

Warrior kick still is stuck at 149 and Dodge is stuck at 140. All other melee skills continue to progress as normal (165 at my current level of 32). Warrior skill trainers say I have maxed my skill, and won't train me further

Kick at 149 is normal sub-50 cap iirc
