Should I vote? Last day here (tomorrow only open for 4 hours aka closed)

the poll closes at 6 PM on the dot. very unfriendly time that seems designed to say don't bother we don't want you to. also says if you commute any sort of distance away from here, fuck you. (cant eat dinner, shower, many probably don't even make it etc)

feeling apathetic due to the above. man up?

ignoring the aristotelian civic responsibility stuff, if you dont vote for trump now your name will be on a really long list i make when i take power 30 yrs from now

Should vote - doesn't matter if you don't because the entire system is rigged - but I think you should

doing the Bernie write in?

Pokesan 11-03-2016 04:28 PM

you should vote for the socially expedient option, no reason to make trouble for yourself

or just lie and say you did

6pm is an unfriendly time? Never mind you've had days or weeks, and you could always vote on the designated day. You're too pathetic for democracy.

I thought this was a very interesting perspective, but I went ahead and voted anyway. My personal opinion is that at the very least you should participate in state elections where far less money is spent on campaigns.
