I would either get another proccing weapon OR a haste item of some sort.

Get some HP earrings of some sort as well

Orc Fang Earrings are cheap I think

Neck: 55hp/mana 400p
Back: HBC 500p
Ears: Orc Fang Ears 200p for both

Sell the lamentation and get a Wess to go with Veno axe.

Only if you go out of melee range of the mob. Otherwise, you're gucci
