Menden, can you explain to the community, so no one else eats blanket suspensions, how one is supposed to be able to pvp vs bards in com without getting a suspension?

As Menden sees it, if anyone attacks a bard in Com during his swarm, you get suspended. Are they just immune to pvp? Please explain so no one else gets suspended for pvping. If this is the ruling, then just make it no pvp in CoM please. Thank you

I'm thinking like what the fuck do you want me to do, the bard is kiting a massive train for himself and i go to fight him, i can't use my spells?

the gm's are very stupid when it comes to this, bards get immunity in pvp if they are trying to exp

the rule was created because it was determined that 95% of people on red are not trying to kill the kiter.

as a vet pvper from the 99 era way before Bush came and showed us the push game, I say its a good rule since ya'll hate real pvp so much. attacking kiters is wormy. fuck em dude. now if u earned the right to attack kiters by being a known pvp OG like Fandy, thats a horse of a different color. For Dango, he has not earned the right to attack any kiters.
