Description: I believe the trade skill item "Steel Arrowheads" that solid by NPC Fleceal Summer in Firiona Vie is out of era.

Steps to reproduce bug: Merchant has an unlimited supply of the item.

Expected behavior: Should not be selling this item.

Evidence/Research: Nothing exact to say that this item is out of era, but through context clues seems to be out of era. The blacksmithing recipe for this cannot be crafted, because it requires a Small Brick of Steel and Mark of Karana (sold in Surefall Glade by Qaelin Hailstorm), which do not exist. The NPC you get these two items from does not even exist in Surefall Glade. Fletching with this item requires a special fletching kit (Surefall Fletching Kit) to craft with the arrowheads that also requires the Small Brick of Steel and Mark of Karana.
