Can someone tell me how long the lockout is for this message?

Its been 10 hrs now.

got the sms working but i never received a email to verify and would prefer not to wait 7 days to finally reset password. Is it possible to be resend?

I was able to get the SMS to function, but I never received an email to confirm, and I don't want to reset my password for another 7 days. Is it possible to send the message a second time?

Not sure if I understand whats going on. Is this for forum activation?
