Enchanter Illusion Question
 

Hi all,

I am pretty new and rolled an enchanter. My question is if I go to Paineel as my race, high elf and kill guards and become Kill on Sight. If i illusion to Erudite will I be able to walk around freely again to sell the swords and shields to vendors and use their bank?

If you kill guards as an erudite you’ll eventually be kos ... so no.

If I killed the guards as a high elf would I still be kos when I change to an Erudite?

There are a lot of factors that go into being KoS or non-KoS. Without going into to much detail: No. You cannot.

The faction system is more complicated than just “am I the same race as you”. The game looks at your actions (helping/hurting their aligned faction), race, and religion to name a few.

So even though you would appear as an Erudite (same race) your actions (killing guards) would eventually make the guards hostile to you.

there are no faction hits for killing guards in Paineel ^.~v just illusion up and have at it.
