Soul Consumption/Disease Cloud issue

I've just noticed that if I have been disease clouded by a mob, the buff effect from Soul Consumption doesn't show up on my buff bar. The spell text will show up in chat, both for me and for the mob, but I never receive the buff icon. When disease cloud fades I then get the buff upon proccing.

It might not be a bug. Some detrimental spells block certain beneficial spells. This is implemented via stacking restrictions, which are shown on the wiki article for each spell.

Before it can be “fixed,” someone must prove it is a bug; but I suspect it isn’t.
