I've bought plenty of 60 casters with full planar and all spells regardless of race in that range. Either way I hope the OP proves me wrong and gets the plat he desires.

The buyout is only too high because if someone offered you say 400k to buyout right now, youd be crazypants not to take it.

Big ticket accounts go for 450k because they have items you cant just easily get, no drop gear etc. When its just a plain jane account without shiny no drops, the price can only get so high before its just more feasible to spend that 200k+ on powerlevels and gear for your own iksar necro with your name of choice.
