No he's Pablo the guy that got tossed from blue, threatened to DDOS the server and made fun of someone with cancer. His position in the 'sploit guild is "earned" by hosting their shitty web page. Given how fucking useless he is, and how no sane guild would ever invite him, I'd call running the site and getting loot for his efforts invested in game RMT. Grey area, but it holds in my reasoning given the facts.

I believe a player, Kalzin, who wasn't a total shit bag was banned for "RMT" for offering web/programming consulting in exchange for items. Hm. You be the judge, plenty of room to wiggle off the hook, but same deal.
