Isn't the suit dropped off of Bip only? According to the Wiki those make Thermal Cloaks. Not trying to shit on your thread, just have never heard of this before and am curious.

It's been a long time since I tinkered.

Still selling them though if anyone wants them but now I feel like a fool for wasting 4 slots in the bank on saving these.
