Petrifin

Petrifin might be broken. Been trying to get Petrifin to spawn for two days now and he is nowhere to be found. I camped him last week and he would popup at least once an hour (usually with the Eye of Petrifin) but at least he was showing up.

Nothing has changed about Petrifin's spawn.
