Flashing Boxes around NPCs/Characters
 

Every so often when im walking up to someone or an npc they will have a flashing grey/black box around them. I've tried the dual/quad core fixes, these don't seem to be the issue. Anyone know what's up?

Oh also, im not sure if this is the correct place or not to post this, but last night I died on my level 4 DE Necro, got sent back to my bind point at the bridge in Nektulos Forest, and then got chased all the way to the zone line by a large piranha that was floating on land. :p
