Can you please create a level 40 guy named : "a burly farmer" near Halas who offers a quest or has a 5% drop rate of a 1hpiercing weapon Rusty Sheep Shears.

I was thinking the weapon stats could be 6/23 with a 1% proc named "Sack Lop".

The model should literally look like rusty sheep shears.
