Racial Bonus's
 

Hi there everyone, I was just looking to get into P1999 after playing Live EQ since PoP Area, one thing I was wondering about was if Racial Bonus's were still in place, like for iksar the regen/exp penalty. Will help me determine what im going to play.

yes all them racial "bonuses" are in effect

hobbits level faster, trolls and iksars slower. Hyrbids add to said penalty

Yes all the bonuses and penalties are in place here. XP penalties get removed in velious though.

I think it's hybrid xp penalties are removed in Velious, racial XP penalties are removed way later in the timeline and we won't see them here.
