Skull Mask of Innervation..I used to have one wayyyy back in the day. Does this exist here on 99? Was such a cool item.

Probably not since it appears that it was a GM reward.

They rewarded one during the Qeynos gnoll GM event. It currently belongs to Shiho.

I had one on Prexus on my Necro twink. Loved it, too bad there is only one here, I think there was a few on each server on live.
