This is a wizard must-have. Just by clicking the staff, you lower an enemy's resistance to cold and fire by 6 at range 200.

The casting time is instant, and you can click it while running. It's very useful to grab aggro, test resistance, pull, and test range.

Especially useful while quadding, you can pull *legally* mobs out from under those silly enchanters, druids, necros or shamans, even after they start casting! You tagged it first!

Selling for 10k. The parts are excruciatingly rare.
