Harm Touch and other DD spells resisted way too often
 

Harm Touch is getting resisted very often. and even by mobs conning blue !!
HT is supposed to be the least resistable DD in the game or close to, it shoudln't be resisted by any creature even 10 levels above player

lifetaps are also resisting far more than they ever did in classic.

its been discussed a bunch, not sure why it hasnt been changed.

this thread is a waste if you don't show any evidence..just for future bug threads.

Any dev ever look at this?

They wont without Evidence.

Ok, fine, i'll post a sceenshot soon enough, if anyone else experiences HT resisted by random blue con mobs please also feel free to post.

Where was the evidence that the Lifetap from that earring (name???) was resisted a lot? Oh wait there wasn't any, it was just overpowered and being abused.
