Deleveling in relation to skills.
 

I remember on one of the PVP servers on live people would de-level and have maxed out skills . Does this happen on red here? Forgive my ignorance , I haven't tried pvp emu yet.

I remember a deleveled HEF rogue trying to pk me in Highhold Pass back in Rallos Zek. Shit's classic.

If you deleveled on live, your 'actual' skills were maxed out at 2 levels worth (10 points) above the cap for your current level iirc.

in wudan we would clear tov just for alt gear , everyone ran their alts and died , then you drag the corpse and clear north. If you win a loot you log on nublet rez him loot and slay him again.

I also wondered if a deleveled character would keep their meditation skill and Regen mana crazy fast

who would delevel a caster ~

I delvled a 46 rogue to lvl 13 on RZ (for backstab). I would routinely one shot melees and casters without them sitting.

BTW, they changed it in Velious or Luclin era, so it didn't work anymore.
