He's probably doing just as I did. When I decided to part with my AoN I made a new forums account so I didn't have all of my in-game friends spamming me with "OMG Let me get dibs on that!" - "Man I've known you for xxx years, you gotta let me get a deal on that!" - "Hey pal! Will you let me give you 150 now and the rest of it when I sell my account?!" - and of course the dreaded "I can't believe you're selling something the guild awarded you!"

New forum account does not mean you are shady. Not always atleast.
