Issue:
The player is unable to hand in "A coin" quest item to "Tracker Azael" to trigger the FV portion of the quest. "Tracker Azael" spawns in the FV outpost on FV faction, but does not respawn as the indifferent version of "Tracker Azael" before moving to the meeting location for the quest at 9PM game time. This prevents the player from handing in the "A coin" quest item to "Tracker Azael" because the NPC immediately attacks the player. This version of "Tracker Azael" despawns at 7AM game time.

Expected Behavior:
At 9PM game time, "Tracker Azael" should respawn at the FV outpost as "Tracker Azael_" (a mob not on FV faction, supposidley indiff to all) and move to the meeting LOC. "Tracker Azael_" should accept the "A coin" quest item and respawn as "Hero Goxnox."

It's fixed for the next patch.

-Tracker Azeal's patrolling form is indifferent to all.

Can you charm him to bypass this for now? I've noticed people using the final sword.

Was bored today and got someone to charm him - it worked, was able to turn in the coin and continue the quest.
