Item linking
 

Not classic, starting a fresh thread.

This isn't debatable either. It's a quality of life feature, yes I realize.

But it is not classic and needs to go.

Since this isn't debatable, I'm clearing out my inbox and hate away.

Nilbog, man up and pull the classic trigger bro.

- Deleting Spells from Spellbook: Storebought spells can be deleted
from your spellbook. To delete a spell just right-click it to highlight
it and tap the DELETE key. Please note: This does not convert the spell
back into a scroll. You will have to buy a new scroll if you wish to
re-scribe the spell. No reimbursements will be made for deleted spells.
- Item Links: When you inspect an item with Alt-Left-Click, the item
inspect window stays up. To paste a "link" to the item you're looking
at into your chat bar, click on the item's graphic. That will "speak" a
link that others can click on to see the stats of the item, as if they
were inspecting it themselves.

This is going to suck when implemented, but I'm all for it! Keep it classic

Gets griefed off server. Still wants changes made while he doesn't play.

Look, I'll agree with you both that this is a quality of life upgrade that does not alter game-play at all, but its still un-classic. While I agree its not classic and wouldn't mind losing it to benefit the "classic crusade", isn't this feature client-based, making it similar to spellbook medding: unfixible, afaik?

No linking of item whatsoever. No text, therefore no link.

Twainz, the reason I'm not playing is because other bugs are being worked on.

I'm here for true classic mechanics andcontent, not items.

I'm pretty sure this is client-side (Titanium), and they don't have the legal rights to revert it. I believe there's a post about it somewhere.

ele, xasten, and nigron want me to play 1999 but without the correct code. Let us take 3rd edition D&D and try to strip out rules and twinks to make it play like AD&D. I came to the bug forums to complain about a quest and see all these shit posts. I started playing on p99 3 years ago, so it should be 2002 by now sucka

edit - in Sept it will be 4 years on p99 for me
