Levels 20-30
 

Where are the most populated areas for grouping in this level range? Only place I can remember going to back on live was SK.

Mistmoore, SK Aviak Fort, LOIO Sarnak Fort. Those are probably your best shots are getting groups. Occasionally i see mid 20's uguk groups as well.

Can do unrest as well. 2nd floor & basement are both good exp.

I did level 20-~30 between unrest and mistmoore.

Did 28-35 in frontier mountains giant fort.

Highhold keep is a good one. Usually a decent group there in the evenings, and GREAT money, not to mention you have a bank, general merchant, and guards there and can bind there.

Just be careful if you're an evil race - the guards (and some NPCs) will slice you into tiny pieces.

Good to know that its populated in the evenings, I'll have to head along there sometimes on an alt - always loved the place :)
