Merchant in FV not selling Bard Instruments
 

The merchant marked at 7 in the FV wiki map is meant to be selling unfinished Bard instruments (as stated on the wiki). She isn't.

Not to say the bug report is wrong, but wiki is actually a bad source to use for this. It's a good resource in game, but alot of it is just cut and paste from current Alla. If you can find some older posts on Alla, or something in the wayback machine, those are better.
