do you have to have maxed faction for the mq?

You do not need max faction to recieve the loot for the fight. I do. However, you need max faction to turn in scale to receive epic.

Last buyer didn't show up at pre-set time or the time he/she said they can make it. Because of that will require a 5k upon setting a kill time.
