Singing Steel Boots effect?
 

This may not be a bug per se as I haven't seen them in game yet, but the wiki has the Singing Steel boots with the original "Summon Drink" effect. In April 2001 i.e. about 11 months after the release of Kunark the effect was changed to "Agilimente's Aria of Eagles" i.e. Levitate.

The wiki by default pulls information from Zam. It is not indicative of the actual quest or item on p99 until modified by players.

This is already flagged for change in the future patch timeline.
