Trooper Frogzin is camping the LOIO/FV zoneline on the LOIO side. You have been warned. Say hello the little group of corpses there, two of them mine.

Not sure... I've logged out for a while in the hope he will go away. If you DO zone in you'll be dead before you can effectively run. Let me know will ya ;)

Did anyone check this yet? I'm a little worried to do so. Two more deaths and I delevel.

I trained him down the river a very short way; far enough that on my next zone I was able to make it in. That was around 4-4:30et.
