Like Lucid, or Lucy. You don't pronounce it Luckid or Lucky.

At least thats how I see it.

This is c followed by a consonant though, not c followed by a vowel.

Luck-id and Lucky are both c followed by consonant.

Ergo, Luck-lin.

Its a proper name from a fantasy world...why would it follow English spelling rules?

I can't understand a word English say. And I am American! Sounds like they are grabbing their tongue when they speak. They all need to go to Proper University. Well after Holiday. No rush with the rain and all. I bet Swish can only Purr and Meow.

I used to say luce-lin / loose-lin until I watched an SoE interview and all the devs were pronouncing it luck-lin. Since then I pronounce it luck-lin.

Consequently, how can there be an incorrect pronunciation of a made up word when we have real words with different pronunciations?

Toe-may-to, Toe-mah-to. Both are correct.
Oh and forgot the southern pronunciation, 'mater.

This is how the SoE employees were reported to have pronounced it at EQ fainfaires. I continue(d) to say Loose-lin, just because I like it better that way, but Luck-lin is correct if you care.
