Warning Chanters. Alliance resisting today
 

Today after the patch, Alliance can be resisted, causing agro to the caster.
I have bugged it.

Hahah yup, found that out the hard way.

Today was literally the first time I've ever tried using the spell and I thought casting it on the Shady Swashbuckler would be ok. Good thing I had a decent amount of space between me and him because he would of bitch slapped my dark elf ass in one hit if he would have gotten ahold of me.

I actually looked around in a search to see if it would cause aggro if resisted before I cast it, but I assumed (until I read this) I must have just missed something.

I just tried the spell out repeatedly on a level 8 DE Agnostic enchanter (for the Stein of Maggok quest). All it does is resist. It's impossible for my character to land it. I wasn't getting aggro from a resist, but on retail from PoP dating back to launch (all of that time frame) Alliance never had a resist check.

It's bugged if it was supposed to work as per the retail server form.

It's supposedly been fixed post patch but it sounds like it's still fubarred.
