What artifacts are floating around?
 

Couldn't find a thread on it but i assume there is one somewhere. I've seen a few, but i was thinking about the butcherblock hammer. Haven't seen or heard if it's around somewhere.

procs superior healing? very nice item on this server. The owner of that hammer on Brell was Nain the cleric (who was in my guild /grin). Droppable, I believe. Very nice. He acquired it through a gm event. Although I never told him it's pretty pointless for a cleric to get it :P
