New patch - spells outdated
 

I logged on last night - Sunday, July 14th and it says my spells were outdated and to please download the latest EQChanges V28. Which directory do I extract these files to? and once the files are extracted, am I good to go? or do I need to do the "Patchme" again?

extract them to eq folder
