Dispell works on ANYONE!?
 

The dispell line is castable on PC's out of duels. This is a significant bug that opens up potential for griefing on blue.

Considering people been using it to grief in VP i agree this needs to be fixed pronto you should in no way shape or form be able to dispell someone not in you're group

confirmed, however, it seems to only work with the spell "cancel magic"

nullify, pillage, or bard dispell doesn't do it.

in any case, should probably fix

all dispels are working, not just cancel.

nullify, etc can resist obviously, but i have seen it land on players without duel.

every time i shit on some nihilum in KC on the pvp server they all load in level 20 alts to spam dispels on me while i laugh and click my telescope and monk epic clicky

easily the dumbest thing i've ever seen on an everquest server

So dispell is working on oor players on red. When this is fixed, please ensure that it has been fixed on red, too. 60s shouldn't be griefing 30s with dispell, even on pvp.

it's more like the 30s are griefing the 60s after losing in pvp
