display adapter not in options
 

My nvidia isn't showing on my new laptop under options, under the nvidia control panel I assigned display adapter to the nvidia by default and it still shows Intel hd 4000, help?

anyone?

Sounds like you have a laptop that switches into the nvidia card when needed. Crappy part is EQ doesnt trigger this. I tried setting option same as you and it didnt work for me either. then again EQ runs fine with the intel graphics.
