God damnit did anyone else know this? There's no levels in the game...what the fuk?

Thats the third 'wtf?' moment I've had hearing news about that game... chances are quickly dwindling that I'll try it.

Good. Time to start thinking out of the box.

It'll be okay because I'm pretty sure I heard they're gonna have "tiers" instead and tiers are really just "levels" for people with bigger vocabularies.

They are just making it easier. Instead of worrying about levels and gear you will just have to worry about gear while doing quests to help you "level"

If there's an AA type thing going on to improve your character I think that would make up for levels :)
