Tani rog head gm in neriak broken?
 

have pick pocketed 9 respawn's worth in a row yesterday, always being the only rog in zone.
have pick pocketed 4 respawn's worth in a row today, always being the only rog in zone.

yet to score a bottom parchment... for the ''easy'' gm -- wtf?

From what I know: if he's been succesfully pickpocketed since he last spawned (last server down?) he won't have the parchment on him. You may need to get a force to make him respawn or wait for him to do so.

Ah. Well watch him spawn then pick pocket better (or just get some mates and kill him ;) )

i watched him spawned, 15 different times, yet to get one.... no other rogue besides me pick pocketing

How many times are you attempting to pickpocket each Tani that spawns? Maybe not attempting enough? If you are picking him clean and still nothing I would advise you to petition for someone to check it out.

He probably just doesn't like dwarves because they smell like cheese. I know, that wasn't very nice of me.

over 20 pick pocket attempts by now, all done at 8pm game time (his exact respawn) all done with no other rogs interfering... yet to get a bottom parch, broke?

normally get 1/2 or 1/3... at very worst 1/4, going on 0/20 now.

ps im pick pocketing over 5 times, which is more then enough to empty him totally and get the parch normally... have been doing this for over 8 months now

I've pickpocketed him since patch, if that helps.
