whats the formula for calculating "points"? ive heard a lot of different answers, but no "official" nihilum answer has any good reasons why stuff like this happens

6+ hours after last killed Elvish is worth 2 points, 18 minutes later worth 3 again? just tryin to understand the math

3 points for first time kills.
2 points for kills afterwards
1 point for killing the same dude within 10-60 minutes.
0 points for kills on people that died 0-10 minute prior.
