in a time when having ur planar gear was something turned you into something different from most other players, when breaking fear was a adventure wich dould end with lots of hours of pain and people trying to get their body back clad in fine steel armour CR gear......

what was ur first planar drop and how it made you feel.

larss: paladin : server solusek ro . i was level 46 paladin and i was soloing specters when i got invited by the kunark number 1 guild to come fear if i wanted to see it.


after 1 hour of clean a fetid fiend droped me first planar piece the valorium arms . before that i was using ro armour arms. for me was a glorius moment of joy thinking oh man i have got me first no drop piece of gear from a plane .

I was more excited to just be in Plane of Hate fearing that DT, and the spooky npcs...

i think the first drop was a lackluster non-visible piece of apothic, like the bracer or so... overall exciting and interesting to see so many working together.

also I thought the entrance to hateplane was the Cleric portal in Qeynos, and I imagined it more like plane of nightmares turned out to be... i thought it was a big.. plain... sort of like westfall only dark... with a single church on a hill. Little bro was trolling me and i fell for it. did not expect the claustrophobic hours of wall sitting but enjoyed. still fun.

For me it was Indicolite Boots for my Wood Elf Warrior at level 46.5. Eci had a great community driven raid schedule. It was so unlike the situation here. But hell this is classic!

I didn't really get much feeling. Didn't really care much. I hate raids. I was only there to get a glimpse of my god, Inny. I wasn't impressed-- worst looking god ever. It only fueled my hate. Thanks Inny! Blech.
