Bard Epic - HELP!
 

I've already completed the top and bottom pages (the easy stuff) and now attempting to slay the 3 drakes...I'm currently camping Blackwing in Rathe Mtns but he isn't spawning! Help! Any ideas if he was moved from the place he's supposed to be according to the wiki?
