They aren't supposed to give any faction hits from what I remember. No mention of any faction from Illia's either.

I strongly disagree and remember when the revamped split paw was put in and there being faction hits.

The fix is for the Tesch Mas Gnolls in South Karana guarding the entrance to Infected Paw and I verified for myself that they give no faction hits.
