A thread detailing some nostalgia over an old raid with some funny stuff occurring, maybe some funny chat...for everyone else's entertainment.


So back in the day during vanilla WoW I was a hardcore PvP/battleground player and took more pleasure in capturing flags, hitting up Arathi Basin/Alterac Valley etc etc.

I got asked if I'd go along to a MC raid. Raiding didn't interest me so much, and I knew the guilds involved weren't of the EQ raiding mentality...but had my arm twisted and went so that they had the 40 people they needed.

We wiped, we wiped some more and we just kept wiping on Lucifron (lol). This particular time, we were in progress when the core hounds repopped and added. Definitely another wipe, but with a twist :D

Feel free to laugh at my low end PvP gear for PvE raiding, and generally terrible UI :)

watched for 5 seconds determined 240p was highest quality and skipped it.

Everything is visible, you just can't read the chat...which is full of raid alert spam anyway. Well done for posting that little message though, I'll be sure to go back to 2005 and turn up my Fraps settings just for you <3 (the quality isn't good on the original, so little point trying to put a 720p or higher version up :D)
