Toxxulia mining cap quest
 

When turning in a Useless Cloth Cap to the skeleton on the right hand side of the Paineel entrance, I received A Cracked Femur. The correct quest reward should be a Fractured Femur along with the Bone Shield, zombie skin, and bone chips.
