If you want a high population on a pvp server. forced teams will make that happen. one of the biggest problems with dead99 is that the community cannot communicate.

lets b honest, if it's 1x xp again the pop will be 1/3 what it started at in 2 weeks no matter what crazy mongoloid of a ruleset is born of custom item loot, pvp flagging and teams.
