Ip-Blockers (Unblock-US and such?)

Hey,
Fairly new here on the forums and all but I was wondering today that if I'm running an IP-Blocker for watching Netflix/Streaming content not available in my country and have the program open in the background while logging into P99 would this get me in trouble and flagged/banned?
I tried to do a forum search on a similar question without much luck but maybe I'm too new at this thing.
Any advice from either playerbase or/and a person in authority would be appreciated.

disable your ip blocker...play eq. don't box. don't get banned.

Don't plan to Box but I want to stream an online album preview (New Monae) but it's only available in the US, which is where I'm not obviously or I wouldn't have this issue. That and I'd like to run American Netflix on second monitor during sessions and such. Looks like it won't be possible though, confirmation from staff would be nice to know for sure though.
Just wanted to know if it'd flag it as Map Quest or something similar.

Sounds shady to me.

You realize if you are in China and you fuck around with this kind of thing they might arrest you, shoot you in the head, and send your ancestors a bill for a .98 cent bullet, right?

Or send your sister the bill and humiliate your ancestors.

Something.

How long does it take to disable an IP blocker? If the answer is more than a minute, and you got banned... you let your own laziness cause it :p

The question/issue wasn't about me being too lazy to disable my IP Blocker, but rather that I wanted to be able to do other things online that would of required me to use an IP Blocker, as mentioned streaming content that's not available in my location.
It wouldn't of been/wouldn't be a huge a loss not being able to do so, just it would be nice to be able to do so. Just wanted to know if it WOULD of gotten me banned before doing so.

i honestly don't see this being an issue its not an IP blocker it changes your dns servers etc.. to show that you are in the US instead of canada ... Blockless has a service like this you change your dns 1 and 2 servers and its done... very simple to reverse and i doubt the gm's give a rats ass as long as you are not exploiting anything.

Doubtful, but who knows.

Thinking about it, just use "Tor" browser... problem solved?
